I'm a crusty old Army veteran that likes to ride bikes! I've been road biking for years and have done everything from Ironman events, Marathons and Ultra Cycling races. I started bikepacking recently and love it!
My passion is helping veterans and I believe cycling can help with everything from physical injuries to PTSD.
