Contact Us

If you served in the US Armed Forces and want to be part of The Trail Warrior Project, here's your chance! We're looking for people all over the country who can scout, plan, and host trips for small groups of veterans in your local area. Ambassadors might also host forums, assist with fundraising, write articles and ride reviews, assist with social media, and help plan future expeditions. Tell us a little about yourself and we will be in touch. Hope to see you on the trail!

Thanks for submitting! We will review potential ambassadors as they are received. We'll be in touch!

Who We Are

After leaving the Army and gaining 80 lbs, I started doing triathlons to lose weight and have ridden bikes for about 10 years to stay healthy and fit. I have done road riding, ultra-racing, and now bikepacking. I really enjoy the relaxed environment that bikepacking provides and the best part is being able to help my fellow veterans "unplug" for a while and enjoy the moment.

While living near Reno/Tahoe and then Boise for years I loved to take opportunities to go explore local trails by bike. I personally discovered bikepacking in 2014 and have never looked back. I'm either on a ride, telling stories about the last one, or planning the next one. Sharing the adventure of exploration by bike with those who served our country is a great way to give back.
